Your role
The Manufacturing Engineering Logistics Flow Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and reviewing the procedures and equipment involved in the manufacturing process. Their duties include but are not limited on researching automation techniques, testing new systems for efficiency and planning factory layouts to optimize production.
As Manufacturing Engineering LogisticS Flow Engineer you will use your knowledge of science and math to construct the most streamlined, efficient method of components and parts distribution possible. You will handle inventory, process orders, plan warehouse and material flow layouts and help define and design material flow, infrastructure to maximize transportation and indirect cost efficiency
Main responsibilities:
• Ensure that the Company’s manufacturing processes are in compliance with all government laws and regulations
• Analyze production processes, schedules, methods, and other data and then provide business leaders with reports containing the data and statistics to enable them to better understand future requirements needed for the manufacturing process. Process measurement (OEE, capabilities, cycle time, balancing, desaturation)
• Review and calculate labor, material, and other production costs along with reviewing schedules and future production requirements to assist management in decision making
• Analyze and plan workflow, equipment placement and space requirements to improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Project tracking
• Benchmarking
• Process standardization and optimization
Main requirements:
You have a Degree in Engineering You have at least 2 years of experience in complex environments with similar roles, esuch as Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, Continuous Improvement Engineer You have knowledge on Lean and Six Sigma You are able to establish and maintain excellent relationships You are capable of working under pressure, of working on several tasks simultaneously, and of delivering tasks on time You are oriented to digitalization and information technologies You are a flexible person, able to adapt in a contest of constant change
