As a **Senior Manufacturing Engineer** , you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our production processes. From designing detailed workflows and optimizing routings to conducting time studies and developing cutting-edge N/C programs, you’ll drive innovation on the factory floor. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to review new product designs, recommend the latest in equipment and tooling, and provide hands-on support to ensure seamless execution. If you're passionate about bridging the gap between Engineering and Operations and making a measurable impact every day, we want you on our team! **YOUR IMPACT:** These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned. + Responsible for completion of a project or parts of multiple projects of complexity on time and utilize lean/six sigma principles and methodologies in making process improvements. + Performs complex engineering calculations, investigations, and prepares delivery of plans, designs, computation methods and/or reporting. + Manage the development of timely and accurate N/C programs to aid in efficiency in production. + Determine appropriate assembly fixturing that are complex in nature. + Review and select required special tooling and equipment. + Determine and improve processes to meet production levels. + Collaborate with Production team and Operations/Engineering teams. + Develop and support recommendations for new equipment and tooling. + Provide technical mentorship and guidance to others within the Engineering organization. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:** + Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Operations, or related field. + Five (5) or more years of experience. \#LI-KL1 OSK1917 **Pay Range:** $82,000.00 - $132,800.00 The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
