We're seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Engineer with a deep understanding of workholding design, CNC machining, and process planning to lead the charge on our most challenging projects. What You'll Do + Develop and lead innovative process plans for complex multi-axis CNC projects, including components and assemblies (5-Axis Mill) + Use Solidworks to design custom workholding fixtures, specialized tooling, functional gauging, and special cutting tools. + Serve as a customer-facing technical liaison and tolerance consultant (DFM/A) + Mentor and elevate Level 1 and 2 Engineers to enhance team capabilities + Drive continuous improvement and lights-out manufacturing strategies + Collaborate across Quality, Sales, and Production to solve critical challenges + Program CNC machines using CAM software.
