The Manufacture Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and supporting production processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety within the plant. The Manufacture Engineer works to ensure all processes and tools are functioning optimally while maintaining high-quality standards and compliance.
What You’ll Be DoingPackage Design & Development
1) Engineering to design/optimizing packaging using appropriate software(CAPE Software)for structure analyses and logistics, optimizing packaging as it relates to product, pallet, storage, truck, container and customer requirements
2) Product packaging risk assessment and control plan from NPD to mass production
3) Lead on the delivery and project management of appropriate packaging solutions, including cost benefit and risk, testing, piloting and implementation timelines
4) Responsible for evaluating and confirming packaging machine, tooling and BOM
5) Reviews, leads and manages product packaging changes, including shipping label specifications and packaging related specifications
6) Works direct with key functions such as Product Management, Product desginer, Manufacure engineer, Sales, Production, SCM, Procurement.
Process Development & Optimization
1) Design and develop new processes or modify existing ones to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
2) Conduct process capability studies and take actions to enhance process performance.
3) Perform root cause analysis for process-related issues and implement corrective actions.
4) Optimize process parameters to reduce waste and improve production yield.
Continuous Improvement
1) Lead continuous improvement initiatives based on lean manufacturing principles, particularly in the areas of process, tooling, and quality control.
2) Identify and manage process, tooling, and quality system changes through proper change management procedures.
What We're Looking For1) Bachelor’s degree or above in Packaging, materials, mechanical enigineering or related major
2) Above 5 years working experience as process engineer or product engineer, or R&D engineer in packaging area.
3) Experience in identifying and resolving process, tooling, and quality issues.
4) Experience in process, tooling development, and quality control, including process optimization, tooling design, and troubleshooting.
5) Experience in project management, especially projects related to production, package, process, tooling, and quality improvement.
6) Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with exposure to quality management systems and standards.
