**Location: Tokoname Plant** (1-25-1 Rinku-cho, Tokoname-shi, Aichi-ken, Japan)
**Position: ** Manufacturing Engineer **Job Description:**
You will be responsible for the process design of assembly, machining, and heat treatment of automotive drivetrain gear components (hypoid gears, helical gears, final drives). Specifically, you will:
+ Determine and order equipment specifications and tool specifications
+ Conduct equipment trials, build-up, and mass production launch
+ Plan and implement layout changes
+ Conduct technical meetings with customers, suppliers, and related departments
+ Improve productivity, quality, and cost after mass production
+ Share and support technology with overseas counterparts
**Responsibilities:**
You will be responsible for one of the following tasks.
**Gear Machining:**
+ Hypoid gear machining (creating equipment specifications, drafting blank gears, experience in product launch)
+ Heat treatment process
+ Creating FMEA and control plans
+ 3D CAD
**Assembly:**
+ Launching assembly lines for transmissions or final drives (creating equipment specifications, product launch)
+ Launching vibration measuring equipment
+ Creating FMEA and control plans
+ 3D CAD
**Required Experience and Skills:**
+ Experience in production engineering in the manufacturing industry, especially in the automotive industry
+ Knowledge of mechanical drawing, materials science, and machining
+ Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and general computer operation
+ Experience with 3D CAD
+ Knowledge of NC programming
+ Japanese : Fluently
+ English : Basic level
+ Driver license in Japan

自動車駆動系ギヤ関係部品(ハイポイドギヤ、ヘリカルギヤ、ファイナルドライブ)の組立・加工・熱処理の工程設計を担当していただきます。
具体的には以下の業務を行います:
+ 設備仕様や治工具仕様の決定・発注
+ 設備トライアル、つくり込み、量産立ち上げ
+ レイアウト検討・変更実行
+ 顧客やサプライヤー、関連部門との技術的な打合せ
+ 量産以降の生産性、品質、コスト等の改善
+ 海外との技術共有、支援
**担当業務:**
以下のいずれかの業務を担当していただきます。
**ギア加工担当**
+ ハイポイドギア加工(設備仕様書作成、ブランクギアの製図、製品立ち上げ経験者)
+ ヘリカルギア加工(設備仕様書作成、ブランクギアの製図、製品立ち上げ経験者)
+ 熱処理工程
+ FMEA、コントロールプランの作成
+ 3D CAD
**組立担当**
+ ミッションまたはファイナルドライブ組立ライン立ち上げ(設備仕様書作成、製品立ち上げ)
+ 振動測定器立ち上げ
+ FMEA、コントロールプランの作成
+ 3D CAD
**求める経験・スキル:**
+ 製造業、特に自動車業界での生産技術経験者
+ 機械製図、材料力学、機械加工の知識
+ エクセル、ワード、パワーポイントなどのパソコン操作スキル
+ 3D-CADの使用経験
+ NCプログラミングの知識
+ 日本語(上級レベル。話せて読み書きができること)
+ 英語力(英語に苦手意識がなければ初級レベルも可能です)
