International is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Manager - Engine Assembly to join our Engine Assembly team at our Manufacturing Facility in Huntsville, AL!

The Manufacturing Engineer Manager - Engine Assembly will oversee the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes and operations for new and existing products.

Responsibilities Ensures the effective use of materials, equipment, and personnel in producing quality products at minimum costsActs as a liaison with engineering in releasing new productsDevelops systems to maintain reports and record keeping of company productsAdapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challengesSelects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the functionManages the team with focus on policy and strategy implementation and controlInteracts with supervisors, customers, and/or functional peer group managersRecommends changes to policies and establishes procedures that affect immediate organization(s)Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degreeAt least 8 years of product manufacturing experienceAt least 2 years of management experienceORMaster’s degreeAt least 6 years of product manufacturing experienceAt least 2 years of management experienceORAt least 10 years of product manufacturing experienceAt least 2 years of management experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
