MAU is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer for our client in Greenville, SC. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will support production efficiency, improve quality processes, and drive lean initiatives to meet safety, compliance, and operational goals. This is a contract opportunity with direct hire potential.

OR High school diploma/GED with 4+ years of experience in manufacturing Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing or quality engineering roles (or equivalent) General Requirements Strong oral and written communication skills Effective interpersonal and leadership capabilities Ability to influence others and lead small teams Demonstrated success managing multiple projects Analytical and problem-solving skills Deep understanding of complex and technical concepts within area of expertise Proficient in related intersecting technologies Comfortable with hands-on work involving equipment Essential Functions Support safety improvement efforts in alignment with the cell roadmap Develop tracking systems and action plans to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) Maintain and enhance process documentation to ensure consistent product quality Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement 5S, operational rigor, standard work, and training plans Ensure project priorities align with business needs Create work instructions and procedures to support operator training and maintain process control Support product qualifications as required Perform other duties as assigned
