Scope of Responsibility:

The Sabre Manufacturing Leadership Program (MLP) is a 24-month dynamic rotational experience designed to equip recent engineering graduates with skills, knowledge, and exposure needed to grow into impactful leaders within Sabre.  Over the course of the program, employees will gain hands-on experience in core operational roles, including production environments, process improvement and operational excellence.  This program serves as a key talent pipeline for future full-time roles, offering high-impact work, dedicated mentorship, and direct visibility into operational disciplines within Sabre.

 

Essential Duties:

Key Responsibilities:

·       Engage in cross-functional roles that drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

·       Collaborate with leaders and cross-functional teams to address organizational challenges.

·       Analyze and present insights based on operational data to drive strategic decisions.

·       Rotate through multiple organizational functions (Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain and Continuous Improvement) to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business.  Specific responsibilities vary by rotation.

·       Contribute fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to grow team and organizational goals.

·       Participate in leadership training, technical workshops, and professional development sessions.

·       Report for work on time and fulfill your shift responsibilities as planned.

·       Complete all responsibilities during your assigned shift as outlined in the schedule.

·       Engage respectfully with coworkers, fostering teamwork and mutual respect.

 

Position Requirements:

Education: 

Recent graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or similar field3.0 GPA or above

 

Experience: Recent graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or similar field
