**Job Overview**
+ In the development of product, the target cycle time and investment cost are established for optimal production by reviewing the process and key control points of the product as CFT members.
+ Develops, implements, and maintains methods, operation sequences and processes in the fabrication of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
+ Coordinates with engineering on release of new products.
+ Estimates manufacturing cost, determines times standards, and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements.
+ Maintains records and systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Design and set-up the tool for proto sample to meet customer requirements and schedule.
+ Advance check and review the process for prevent problems before the mass production during proto sample production.
+ Transfer machine and tool for mass production to operator with related training and documents after machine set-up.
+ Analyze process cycle time, work methods, and types of defects to improve productivity.
+ Prepare machine validation data and documents related to production according to set-up of mass production machine.
+ Develop new technologies by collaborating, investigation and reviewing internal or external products and production lines for maximum productivity in order to meet the customer’s needs.
+ Create an initial process map and identify best suppliers and new technology trends to create a competitive tooling cost.
+ Create new ideas and apply new technologies with team members to solve customer complaints or quality problems within the process.
