Roles & Responsibilities:
Document current manufacturing processesAnalyze blueprints for critical characteristicsAnalyze work instructions to ensure all critical characteristics, parts, materials, etc are documentedObserve build process to ensure all operations are carried out to print and instructionsComplete all forms of AS9100 First Article Inspection ReportWork with stakeholders to address discrepancies and re-evaluate Conduct regular (monthly) audits of manufacturing processesWork Experience
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
Degree in engineering (aerospace, mechanical, manufacturing, industrial, etc) or equivalent1-3 years minimum of relevant experienceManufacturing experience requiredFamiliarity with AS9100 requiredExhibits successful ability with indirect leadership of diverse teams deploying complex processesDisplays strong analytical skills including data query writing and developmentMust be a US Citizen due to contractual requirementsDesired Skills:
Manufacturing or Aerospace Engineering experience a plusPrevious experience with electro-mechanical products preferredPrevious experience with performing First Article Inspections preferredProficient with GD&T conceptsDemonstrated capacity to meet aggressive deadlines while achieving excellent business resultsShows very strong written and oral communication skills to all stakeholdersEstablished ability to manage multiple complex projects at onceExperience working in multicultural environments and with others of diverse backgrounds preferredExempt Salary Range: $58K - $65K DOE
