Position objective

Develop tooling and machinery for new product introduction and continuous improvement in operational KPI’s, troubleshooting process to achieve quality standards and optimize assets utilization.

Roles & responsibilities

Develop complex tooling and machinery from the concept and up to final delivery protocolGD&T Dimensional analysis and process-machinery and manual jigs trouble shootingTooling selection after cost and life anlysisProcess manufacturing expert in Machining, Welding, Molding and Water JetWork with Control Engineering for all automated needs3D design and finite element analysis for manipulators designMultitasking ability for several projects managementHigh flexibility for sense of emergencyTrouble shoot Robot position to adjust holes machined displacementFollow BRP values and behaviors.Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.Enforce Quality BRP policy.

Position profile:

Bachelor in: Engineering or similar

Professional Experience:

At least Years: Years:  3 In: Machinery design & Mfg. environment

Language:

·       Fluent in Spanish  written and verbal.

·       English written and verbal (Min: 80%).

·       Knowledge of French or German is an advantage

Technical skills (Minimum desired)

1. 2D,3D CAD, GD&T
4. Machining knowledge (welding, molding)
2. Basic programming knowledge
5. Development of tools and machinery
3. Diagnosis and adjustment of machinery
6. Project development and management
