As a Manufacturing Engineer at Baker Hughes you will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and improve manufacturing systems and processes.
As Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for:
Performing Manufacturing Engineer activities in Assembly Area, supporting Shop Routings, Instructions Sheets, Equipment improvement and Shop Fixture designEvaluating manufacturing process and shape strategic projects to improve processes capabilities, quality, fulfillment, safety and productivityRedefining processes and procedures on a regular basis and require frequent interaction with adjacent functions (e.g. engineering, planning, maintenance)Handles standardized manufacturing processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Some latitude in ways of working and planning.Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role ideally you should have:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical is preferred) and good experience in a similar roleExcellent oral and written communication skills, be fluent in English and ItalianBe able to work in EU with no restrictionsStrong oral and written communication skills.
