**DESCRIPTION** We are looking for a talented **Manufacturing Engineer** to join our team specializing in **Manufacturing** for **Accelera by Cummins** in **Guadalajara, Castilla-La Mancha, Spain.** **In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:** + Support the planning, design, purchase, and implementation of improvements to manufacturing equipment and systems. + Assist in executing specific manufacturing projects to meet safety standards, production targets, and product specifications. + Apply basic knowledge of manufacturing principles and best practices to enhance equipment performance and process efficiency. + Contribute to the development and refinement of manufacturing standards and work methods. + Utilize continuous improvement tools to identify and implement process enhancements. + Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support project goals and timelines. + Participate in cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business and manufacturing objectives. + Perform primarily office-based work, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **To be successful in this role you will need the following:** + Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build partnerships and work effectively across teams; C1 English proficiency required to engage with global stakeholders (Spanish fluency preferred if applicable). + Proven industrial experience, capable of interpreting technical drawings and supporting process design improvements. + Solid foundation in health and safety principles, actively promoting a culture of safety through proactive behavior and continuous improvement initiatives. + Relevant academic background, preferably in Engineering, and located within 45 minutes or 50 km of Guadalajara, Castilla-La Mancha. **QUALIFICATIONS** **Education/ Experience:** + College, university, or degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or related field, or equivalent experience required. **Job** Manufacturing **Organization** Cummins Inc. **Role Category** Hybrid **Job Type** Exempt - Experienced **ReqID** 2417989 **Relocation Package** No
