**Job Overview**
Assists more senior engineers in implementing manufacturing techniques, processes, tools and machinery in order to optimize quality and output levels.
**Job Requirements**
+ Assisting in optimization and standardization of stamping, modeling, assembly, and other processes within the manufacturing environment.
+ Supporting senior engineers in ensuring processes are running at an optimum level for maximizing quality and output levels.
+ Helping design and develop manufacturing process platforms and automation platforms
+ Helping identify potential improvement areas and develop associated solutions to continually improve overall manufacturing system performance.
**What your background should look like**
Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field or local equivalent.
