These include LPT Nozzles, HPT Nozzles, and HPT Hangars. You’ll find state-of-the-art technologies in CNC, EDM, and Coating as well as advanced technology development within our new Tech Lab. **Role Overview** As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting and improving manufacturing processes. This position requires a strong understanding of engineering concepts, methods, and procedures. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead repair industrializations, investigate new technologies, and resolve technical challenges. This is a full-time, on-site role based in McAllen, TX, with occasional support for off-shifts and weekends as needed. Key Responsibilities: + Lead and track repair industrializations aligned with repair readiness levels. + Collaborate with engineering teams and operations to ensure process improvements. + Investigate, develop, and apply new technologies to enhance manufacturing processes. + Resolve problems through the application of acquired expertise guided by precedent. + Communicate with direct teams and supervisors, presenting metrics, project status, and research findings. + Work on cross-functional teams to drive project success. **The Ideal Candidate** The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
