Roles and Responsibilities
Define and control production processes, including tooling and equipment selection and implementation.Serve as a liaison between Engineering and Operations to ensure smooth production and issue resolution.Validate design specifications and their application on the shop floor for new products, tools, and equipment.Support tool and process development in coordination with Process Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.Assist with new product introduction (NPI) process development, documentation, and continuous improvement.Create, verify, and validate CNC programs for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining centers using CAM software (NX, Mastercam).Utilize CAD software (SolidWorks, NX) to evaluate designs and support simple fixture or jig creation.Contribute to troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.Apply Lean principles to drive efficiency and reduce waste.Support the integration of additive manufacturing (3D printing) into production workflows to improve processes.Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related engineering field(OR High School Diploma / GED with 4+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience).

The base pay range for this position is $89,900.00 - $112,200.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for 5 % variable incentive compensation.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
