Role Definition
Assists with technical analysis of manufacturing processes in all aspects of production, costs, quality, compliance to safety guidelines, and environmental requirements for manufacturing.
Responsibilities
• Participating in NPI, PVR (product various requirement) and ECN process for the preparation of standard work documents creation and changes in CBS, MES etc. system.
• Responsible for planning production line balance, RCCP (Rough-Cut Capacity Planning) and solving bottleneck process problems.
• Collaborating with all functional areas (production, quality, engineering, supply chain, EHS) to ensure that production line issues can be solved effectively and quickly.
• Monitoring process reliability; identifying and addressing problem areas.
• Providing engineering support on planning, development, operation, and maintenance of processes, or facilities.
• Participating in the adoption of new technologies and processes (automation, robotics, computer aided manufacturing software, MES, etc.) to achieve greater efficiency, cost reduction and quality improvement.
This position requires working onsite five days a week.
Degree Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree or above, preferred in Automated Manufacturing Major (mechanical, electrical) ,Industrial Engineering

Lean Manufacturing: Knowledge of the philosophy, principles and implementation approaches of lean manufacturing; ability to integrate and implement lean manufacturing philosophy into existing production and management processes.

• Inspects manufacturing working environment to find safety violations within a specific area.
• Determines appropriate action to take when unsafe conditions are encountered.
Manufacturing Standards, Procedures and Policies: Knowledge of organizational standards, procedures and policies in manufacturing activities; ability to plan, guide, and monitor manufacturing processes for compliance.
