Description
This position will support production to improve processes and quality.
Core Responsibilities:
•\tAssist the champion of new products entering the facility in terms of identifying equipment, tooling, processing required to produce the product, cost estimating, quotes of new product components, and release
•\tManage the procurement of major and minor pieces of capital equipment for assigned projects
•\tDevelop standards for new operations and/or equipment
•\tProvide technical support to floor employees, team leaders and supervisors.
•\tAssist Project Managers with project implementation.
Additional Job Responsibilities:
•\tProcess automation including PLC programming, Motor drives, PC based controls integrations.
•\tCoordinate and support with other division functions (i.e. production, quality, facilities, health and safety, environmental, MIS) and outside contractors
•\tCell layout updates
•\tPerform time studies of new and existing processes
•\tDevelop Safety and Quality corrective actions in coordination with production leadership.

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $38.00/hr.
