Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing test plans to define product characteristics, identifying issues, and determining corrective actions for improvements. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving KPI systems and control strategies, as well as leading improvement projects.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop documentation including operating procedures, work instructions, and training materials.Maintain and improve KPI systems and control strategies.Lead improvement projects and facilitate the use of improvement tools such as DMAIIC.Perform statistical analysis and root cause analysis.Design KPI systems and visual control strategies.Essential SkillsBachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related technical fields.Working knowledge of statistical process control concepts, data analysis, diagnostic tools, and techniques.Expertise in process and project management and improvement.Base knowledge for fab testing assembly.Ability to handle multiple projects effectively.Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.Effective internal consulting skills with all levels of management.Additional Skills & QualificationsWorking knowledge of the DMAIIC process.Six Sigma Green Belt Training and/or certification from an American Society of Quality (ASQ) recognized program (or equivalent).Working knowledge of Lean Tools such as VSM and Kaizen.Experience in leading DMAIIC Process and Projects.Work Environment
This is a production-based role that involves supporting the lines and conducting analysis. You will work in a collaborative environment where continuous improvement and process enhancement are valued.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
