**Manufacturing Engineer** North Salt Lake, Utah - On-site As a **Manufacturing Engineer** , you will play a key role in optimizing and advancing our production capabilities. This position focuses on analyzing, designing, and improving manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective production. You will collaborate across departments to develop innovative solutions that align with product requirements, industry standards, and company goals. **Key Responsibilities** + Evaluate and enhance manufacturing processes through hands-on research and analysis, applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials. + Partner with vendors and operators to gain insight and drive continuous improvement. + Develop and test manufacturing methods and equipment tailored to evolving product demands. + Increase efficiency by analyzing workflow, space utilization, and equipment layout. + Establish and maintain quality assurance protocols for products and processes. + Estimate labor, material, and production costs to support strategic decision-making. + Prepare detailed reports by gathering and interpreting operational data and performance trends. + Support teams with engineering insights, technical documentation, and troubleshooting. + Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards across all manufacturing activities. + Oversee equipment maintenance and coordinate repair efforts as needed. + Maintain databases and digital records, including programming for automated systems. + Train and mentor technicians on new tools, processes, and procedures. + Stay current with industry advancements through ongoing education and networking. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support broader company objectives. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field + Solid knowledge of process planning and industrial production methods + Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite + Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred + Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills + Strong verbal and written communication skills with adaptability to various roles and challenges We take pride in creating durable, innovative solutions that power retail and commercial environments.
