Position Summary:

The Process Engineer is responsible for designing, improving, and maintaining production processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and repeatability. This role involves data analysis, troubleshooting, process documentation, and collaboration with production and quality teams to optimize operations.

Major Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.Monitor and analyze First Pass Yield (FPY), scrap rate, and cycle time; initiate improvement actions.Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).Lead process improvement activities using tools such as Kaizen, 5 Why, and Fishbone diagram.Support trial builds and engineering changes, including data collection and evaluation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality or process issues.Provide training and technical support to operators and technicians.

Required Education / Experience / Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.2+ years of experience in a manufacturing/process engineering role.Knowledge of motor or coil assembly process is a plus.Strong skills in data analysis and statistical tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab).Familiar with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement tools.Good communication and teamwork skills.Fluent in Thai and English.

Occasional local or regional travel may be required.
