Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Job Description

The Manufacturing Engineer will support the development of manufacturing processes to ensure seamless deployment of instructions, equipment, tooling, and flawless execution of customer products. This role requires a key lead in communicating internal needs through analytical abilities and cross-disciplinary knowledge. The position involves supporting and leading ECO and Deviation management, creating build instructions, and addressing quality, cost, and time considerations for product development. Rapid problem-solving to address internal scrap, rework, and cycle time issues or external customer issues is essential.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop manufacturing solutions that are high-quality, cost-effective, and meet customer requirements.Utilize appropriate tools and equipment for creation, analysis, and verification tasks.Demonstrate a clear understanding of manufacturing processes and product requirements/specifications relevant to the role.Successfully execute responsibilities in adherence to established manufacturing processes.Produce comprehensive project documentation based on project needs, following quality and change management procedures and guidelines.Essential SkillsStrong communication skillsLeadership capabilitiesStrong problem-solving skillsKnowledge of manufacturing processesManufacturing readiness expertiseAdditional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering environmentExperience with new product introductions to manufacturing is highly preferredAbility to make informed decisionsWork Environment

The candidate will work on-site, supporting prototyping group needs and one medical device project.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $40.87/hr.
