You will organize and create documentation necessary for new applications, including job instructions, job routers, job safety analyses and standard operating proceduresIn this role you will support manufacturing variance analysis (MVA) and interpret customer specification and blueprints associated with new and existing applicationsFurther you will Work with Quality organization to reduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and achieve acceptable first pass yield, as well to work as integral team member on productivity projects utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma practicesYou will maintain an expertise with the process equipment in Operations and develop process parameters necessary to set up new applications with an emphasis on repeatable and efficient processesHigh energy and enthusiasm for HVOF - will help bring in applications for the plant and grow the product line
