\t\t\t\t\tDesign efficient layouts that support lean principles, reduce waste, and improve throughput.Optimize workflows using tools like VSM, spaghetti diagrams, process flowcharts, and takt time analysis.Implement lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.Analyze production data using Excel, Minitab, or similar tools to drive decisions.Calculate and analyze standard costs for products and processes to support variance analysis.Maintain accurate routings in SAP to reflect real-world production steps and timing.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and production.Lead and manage projects from concept through implementation.Develop and write user requirement specifications (URS) and scope of work (SOW) for new equipment, tools, and technologies.Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.Support new product development (NPD) and ensure manufacturability.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.Develop and maintain process documentation and SOPs.

\t\t\t\t\tBachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in a Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering role.Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies with hands-on experience with 5S, kaizen, SMED, and visual management.Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC), failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and root cause analysis (RCA).Understanding of Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and mistake-proofing (poka-yoke).Knowledge of material handling systems, kanban, and just-in-time (JIT) inventory practices.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $83000.00 - $104000.00/hr.
