Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer Job Description: + Ensures equipment and machines are maintained through hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic controls. + Ensures efficient operation and proper functioning of the manufacturing processes in his/her control. + Maintains and improves all production processes, tools and equipment in the area assigned. + Identifies and develops improvements to the processes in support of the company goals. + Understands and reports the daily status of production and quality processes in this control and to initiate improvement as required. + Leads production teams. + Ensures that production requirements are met while achieving established company goals. + Develops and implements continuous improvement programs. Additional Information: + Bachelor's degree in Engineering or can be replaced with 2+ years of manufacturing engineering experience. + Understands functions of Pneumatics and logical controls (PLC). + Logical hands-on problem solving skills. + Strong written and verbal communication skills and computer skills. + Works well in a team environment and ability to train operators. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $75000.00/yr. Actalent will provide a copy of the benefits after the initial conversation.
