Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Transfer projects from Nordson different L.O.B as per company strategy.Communicate with L.O.B contact window / customer and suppliers efficiently to achieve best solution and cost.Sustain Engineering support on existing products manufacturing.Identify & implement VA/VE projectCan independently choose alternative for standard parts / off shelf parts.Work cross-functionally with different teams and organizations to get any issue resolved.Design jig / fixture for production.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical / automation engineering. Above 2 years experience on manufacturing equipment / automation.

Preferred Skills and Abilities:

Good skill on project management.Good skills in 3D (Solidworks, Inventor etc.) and 2D draft, familiar with GD&T.Good manufacturing processes knowledge in machining, Sheet metal, plastic forming etc.Good knowledge of mechanical engineering – material, tolerance, pneumatic, motion parts etc.Knowledge of VA/VE, KANZAN etc.Familiarity with BOM, ECN/ECO and other manufacturing systems and processesFamiliarity of ERP systems, such as EFACS, SAP etc.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Hardworking, self-motivated, self-discipline, self-learning, and works well under pressure.Good interpersonal, communication problem-solving skill as well as strong team work spirit.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands

Occasional travel aboard with limited period around 2 weeks or more.
