Roles & Responsibilities:
Document current manufacturing operationsDocument hidden factory capturePerform time studies for production linesReview, create, and update electronic manufacturing work instructions for related manufacturing processesUpdate inspection-related instructions to adhere to current processesSeek advice from subject matter experts when requiredReport project status during regular internal and external meetings. Typical reports would include updates on project status, assumptions, information needed, and overall program healthWork Experience
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
Bachelor’s degree in engineering1-3 years minimum of relevant experienceManufacturing experience requiredExhibits successful ability with indirect leadership of diverse teams deploying complex processesDisplays strong analytical skills including data query writing and developmentMust be a US Citizen due to contractual requirementsDesired Skills:
Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering experience a plusPrevious experience with electro-mechanical products preferredPrevious experience with documenting manufacturing processes preferredProficient with GD&T conceptsDemonstrated capacity to meet aggressive deadlines while achieving excellent business resultsShows very strong written and oral communication skills to all stakeholdersEstablished ability to manage multiple complex projects at onceExperience working in multicultural environments and with others of diverse backgrounds preferredPhysical Requirements & Work Environment:
Mostly Shop Floor Environments with more than half the day spent standing/walking.
