The manufacturing engineering team who proactively study modern manufacturing technology and apply Industrial Engineering & manufacturing tools/methods to optimize the integrated production system of people, materials, information, equipment, energy. Works as subproject co-ordination and control function for Radio products NPI & TPI-in projects. Lead the related activities to design and implement manufacturing process for products, as well as co-ordinate related technical support to other ESS/EMS factories.

 

What you will do

End to End process owner design and driver, be the leader of the whole production flow regarding all production process from MPA to finish goodsProduct and production cost evaluation, capacity calculation and analysisOrganize P-FMEA analysis and follow up on ENC production processIdentify and design production equipment/Tool/Fixture and validation for NPI Production line setup and standard time define (Routine).Production system preparation (MES, SAP and so on)Provide training and certify operatorsProduction Process documentation (WI/Flow Chart…) preparation for each product and transfer to TPI sitesManufacture change and problem solving which related with process.
