Key interface between SDT to achieve the program’s targets on time, manufacturing cost, quality and manufacturability Coordinate Model Year Change launch /product change implementation and ensure program adherence to VPDS Manage the Plant’s Change Control process Ensure Manufacturing activities: to manage through KPI’s and Monitor Curent Model performance (OEE/FTT/Scrap/CWS VS BWS) Achieves customer milestones and gates, engineering deadlines and plant start-up in line with program timeline. Ensure that all required documentation (PFMEA, Control plan, Production Documents) are completed and released. Ensure Project Planning/PPAP, including customer signoff and Process signoff on the program Improvement strategies: Participate and/or lead activities for manufacturing footprint analysis, continuous improvement of new and/or ongoing manufacturing process and lean manufacturing implementation Preparation of funding requests (PAR) and submission for approval  Manage and approve any Deviation authorization linked to the product or process by ensuring the risk assessment with multidisciplinary team
