What you will do-
Support and improve existing processes using Statistical, Lean, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Six Sigma methodologiesFoster an environment of continuous improvement and provide support to customers in all functional areasReduce Reject Rates(scrap)and optimize manufacturing processesIdentify and implement safety improvements on production linesLead the development and execution of technical protocols and, generation of reportsDevelop and implement operating procedures, standard work, visual work instructions, visual work referencesProvide training to Production for process changes and design changes to existing products or processes.Perform other duties as directed or assigned by ManagerWhat you need-
B.S. engineering (mechanical, electrical, biomedical and or chemical industrial) - requiredExcellent analytical skills and interpersonal communications skillsDemonstrated problem solving skillsBasic computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, database)Experience in the continuous process improvement and applying Lean Manufacturing techniques preferredAbility to work independently or with a team with multitasking skillsAbility to develop and follow systematic troubleshooting procedures to address tool and equipment issuesTravel Percentage: 30%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
