Manufacturing Engineer 1 - Shift Admin
**Manufacturing Engineer 1** Responsible for improving the processes, tools and equipment of the Manufacturing process, leading to predictable, reliable, stable and efficient production processes. **Your role:** + **Manufacturing Process & Support** : Assists in process validations, production issue resolution, cost analysis, and ensures adherence to budgets. Provides support for audits, CAPA, CIP, NCRs, and other internal initiatives. + **Continuous Improvement & Efficiency** : Monitors and improves line yields, first pass yields, cycle times, and costs. Implements lean manufacturing practices and supports material/equipment needs for new suppliers. + **Project & Cross-functional Collaboration** : Participates in project execution, FMEA, root cause analysis, and collaborates with Manufacturing Engineers, Technicians, and other cross-functional teams. + **Training & Guidance** : Provides guidance and training to production operators during new process implementations and may support junior-level Manufacturing Engineers under supervision. + **Professional Development** : Entry-level role with focus on applying company policies, working on problems of limited scope, and building internal relationships. Typically follows standard procedures with detailed supervision. **You're the right fit if:** + High School Diploma, Vocational Education/ bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electronics Engineering, Sciences, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent. + Minimum 2 years of experience in Manufacturing/Operations environment, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Production Engineering, or Cost Engineering or equivalent with Vocational Education OR no prior experience with bachelor's degree. + Familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) + Intermediate English skills. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. **Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.** Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
