Job Description:
• Maintain product process and continuously improve production efficiency and quality performance during manufacturing
在产品生产周期内,维护产品工艺,不断提高生产效率和质量表现
• Responsible for the verification and validation of key processes/special processes and computer software, master the control situation of the five factors (man, machine, material, method and environment) that affect the quality of process products, timely feedback and take corrective measures when finding problems
负责对关键工序/特殊过程及计算机软件的验证和确认,掌握影响工序产品质量的五大因素(人、机、料、法、环)的控制情况,发现问题及时反馈,采取纠正措施
• Keep contact with other support department to support new process verification and validation
与其他支持部门保持沟通,支持新工艺验证和确认
• Responsible for planning the production process system of the product, verifying the implementation results timely, analyzing the reasons and taking corrective measures when the verification effect fails to reach the planned target; When the verification effect reaches the expected goal, release the related production line according to the output requirements and transfer to the production department;
负责对产品的生产制程系统提供策划,对实施结果适时进行验证,当验证的效果未达到策划的预期目标时,应分析原因,采取纠正措施;当验证的效果达到策划的预期目标时,按照输出要求释放相关产线并移交给生产部门
• Responsible for the formulation and modification of production-related technical documents
负责对生产相关的技术文件的制订和修改
• Responsible for leading engineering change and provide training to relevan
负责主导工程变更并提供培训
• Continuous refinement process to achieve yield improvement and quality risk reduction.
持续优化制程,实现良率提升和品质风险的降低
Job Requirements:
• College degree or above, medical related working experience is preferred
大专以上学历,有医疗相关的工作经历优先考虑
• At least 5 years relevant working experience
至少5年相关的工作经验
• Oral English is preferred
英语口语能交流的优先
