This position reports to the VP Manufacturing, East Region. The Manufacturing Director | Site Leader oversees all safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and workforce aspects at the Eatontown, NJ manufacturing site. This role drives innovation, continuous improvement, and alignment of people, strategy, and culture to produce high-quality Medtronic products. Leading a cross-functional team, the position focuses on advancing technologies, implementing cost-saving initiatives, and supporting business continuity. Additionally, the leader leverages the Medtronic Performance System (MPS) to set and achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) targets, improve operations, and collaborate with stakeholders on strategic objectives and capacity planning.
