In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with corporate objectives, driving continuous improvement initiatives across all manufacturing areas
Financial Management: Plan, monitor, and control annual budgets for manufacturing operations, applying financial models to optimize operational efficiency and cost management
Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team including area managers, supervisors, operators, technicians, and support staff across multiple functional areas
Operational Excellence: Ensure flexible, reliable, and efficient operations across raw material warehouses, production areas (FrontEnd, Middle, BackEnd), finished goods, and inventory control
Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide continuous feedback, create development plans, and drive employee engagement initiatives
Site Leadership: Serve as a key member of the site leadership team, contributing to overall site performance, competitiveness strategies, and facility development initiatives
Social Responsibility: Champion and implement social responsibility programs and sustainability initiatives that align with copany values and community engagement
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global manufacturing leaders and internal collaborators to drive alignment and achieve business objectives
Project Leadership: Sponsor and oversee strategic projects, ensuring successful implementation and measurable results
Talent Acquisition: Participate in recruitment and selection processes to build high-performing teams

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
Proven leadership experience in manufacturing operations or similar industrial environment
Strong financial competence with experience in budget planning and cost management
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop large, diverse teams
Knowledge of quality management systems and manufacturing standards
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Thoughtful thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Hard-working with a focus on delivering results
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Engineering/Operations)
Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)
Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing
Knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies and Industry 4.0 concepts
Experience working in multinational or global manufacturing environments
Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing execution systems (MES)
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2)
Multilingual capabilities (Hungarian language skills advantageous)
Experience with change management and organizational transformation
