System One is seeking a Manufacturing Contracts Coordinator in Pinellas Park, FL to process all customer orders using on-line operations system. Interacts with customers to provide order shipping status and delivery information upon request. Locates name and telephone number of sales representative for customers to ensure appropriate communication among customer, sales representative, and company. May review and release electronic data interchange. Within parameters expedites emergency orders upon customer request. Quotes prices over the telephone. May provide sales analysis information on orders. Independently performs non-routine and moderately complex assignments. Researches assignments, processes, and analyzes data and may develop recommendations. Competently uses computers and other systems to access, maintain, manipulate data. May provide leadership, direction to lower-level employees. In technical or production positions, may determine methods, operations, sequences; develops and/or modifies products and equipment to requirements. Important Details:

12-month contract with possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time role

Pay rate range: $25 - $27/hr. Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Work schedule: Monday through Friday, standard business hours

Weekly pay

General Duties:

Serves as central point of contact for customer inquiries / solicitations

Serves as internal liaison; works with Quality, Production Control, Shipping, Procurement, Engineering and Finance

Hosts status calls with internal & external customers

Creates, maintains, and closes contracts in ERP system

PO acceptance and entry

Provides basic status reporting

Possesses exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers


Required Skills:

2-3 years' Experience with Production scheduling (inputs, lead times) coordination

Previous experience coordinating in a manufacturing environment

Intermediate Excel – V-look, Pivot Tables

2-3 years of direct experience with an ERP systems (Such as SAP)

2-3 years BOMs (Bill Of Materials)

2-3 years of Experience with Purchase Orders (acceptance and entry)
