This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, organized, and flexible in supporting multiple departments and tasks within the facility.ResponsibilitiesData Entry:Scan barcodes on incoming and outgoing products for trackingAccount for and register all product data in QIMsUse scales to measure product test results when applicableAnalyze incoming data for accuracy before submissionSpare Parts Room Support:Receive and store items in a clean and organized mannerRecord inventory data manually or via computer systemsLabel parts using tags, stamps, or other marking toolsInspect items for damage and report findingsMaintain parts room organization and assist maintenance staff with part needsTrack parts consumed and support light repair effortsBuying Station Operations:Communicate with tobacco farmers and manage payment processingEnsure accurate documentation of all transaction dataUse Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for routine tasksJanitorial Services:Clean offices, restrooms, warehouses, and rooftops as assignedSweep, mop, vacuum, and dust work areasEmpty trash bins and wipe down common areasPrepare chemical solutions and follow SDS cleaning guidelinesConduct deep cleanings according to company standardsCleaning Designated Areas:Sweep assigned floor zones and remove debrisProperly dispose of sweepings into designated containersMaintain overall cleanliness in line with 5S3R policyOther Duties:Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager Qualifications and RequirementsExperience in inventory, janitorial, or clerical work is preferredStrong attention to detail and task ownershipProficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. and work on your feetMust pass a pre-employment background check and drug screenBenefits and Perks$18 an hourMedical, Dental & Vision401(k)Referral bonusesYour Career PartnerThe Reserves Network, a veteran-founded and family-owned company, specializes in connecting exceptional talent with rewarding opportunities.
