Responsibilities:
Assist shop personnel with daily production and fabrication tasks

Load and unload materials, parts, and tools onto pallets, carts, or workstations

Transport parts to designated work areas for processing

Support with part preparation tasks including washing, masking, and racking

Perform basic mechanical assembly and assist in setting up machines

Operate hand tools and other shop equipment under supervision

Read and follow work instructions, travelers, and safety guidelines

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

Handle materials safely and assist in managing hazardous waste

Perform other general labor or support duties as assigned

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Excellent work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Must be able to follow safety procedures and company policies

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus, but not required

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Ability to understand and follow basic written and verbal instructions

Willingness to work in a hands-on, industrial environment

Ability to lift and move materials as required (up to 50 lbs.)

Comfortable standing, bending, and working on your feet throughout the shift
