Our client, in consumer packaged goods industry is seeking a **Manufacturing Associate Operations Manager** to join their team. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing, demand planning and supply chain skills which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title: Manufacturing Associate Operations Manager**
**Location: Hoboken NJ**
**Pay Range: $45 - $57 hourly (W2)**
**Contract: 1 Year (extension possible)**
**What’s the Job?**
+ Manage capacity, improving schedule attainment and output reliability, capturing losses, and developing improvement plans to narrow gaps
+ Develop a thorough understanding of the Personal Care (PC) Deodorant CM network, including technology, capacity, run rates, quality performance, and attainment history
+ Understand and improve the ways of working between Planning, Procurement and CMs
+ Working with the CM Ops Manager, build relationships with CM leaders and teams, holding them accountable on execution
+ Establish weekly reporting, loss identification and cadence of meetings with CMs
**What’s Needed?**
+ **Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 5 years experience in an operations-based environment**
+ Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Customer Service or Sales Planning or other relevant functional business experience in planning, finance or supply chain with aproven track record of strategic analysis
+ Self-starter and self directed, working in an agile environment, being the face of the company to external partners
+ Preferably experienced in using SAP and possessing strong Excel skills
+ Some travel within North America
