**Job Title: Manufacturing Associate**
**Job Description**
As a Manufacturing Associate, you will produce standard and custom medical devices, ensuring adherence to customer and quality requirements. You will follow standard work instructions and company policies while working collaboratively in a team environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform finishing of Zirconia disks using small hand tools.
+ Follow department work instructions and adhere to customer and industry standards for dental products.
+ Operate mechanical equipment according to work instructions.
+ Visually inspect medical devices and perform operations as instructed.
+ Identify and recommend disposition of defective items for rework or scrap.
+ Understand the product manufacturing process from initial steps through final inspection.
+ Complete all required documentation.
+ Maintain a safe and clean work area.
+ Participate in cross-training for various manufacturing procedures.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**Essential Skills**
+ 6+ months of manufacturing or production experience.
+ Experience in assembly, manufacturing environment, and production.
+ Proficiency in inspection, machine operation, and following work instructions.
+ Knowledge of SOP and GMP standards.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Comfortable working with small parts and small hand tools.
+ Ability to sit and stand for 8 hours a day.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve problems.
+ Professional communication, coaching, training, motivation, and leadership skills.

**Work Environment**
Located at 8515 Miralani Dr, San Diego, CA, the position operates from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm. You will work in the Zirconia Milling department, contributing to the digital production environment.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, California.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $17.25/hr.
