Manufacturing Assistant
We are looking for a Manufacturing Assistant to join our Brea team. In this role you will be performing various tasks to support a manufacturing facility that provides equipment used in the nuclear power industry. Note that this is a hybrid manufacturing role and you will perform a wide range of duties. Your responsibilities will include administrative duties as it relates to safety and maintenance, light industrial cleaning, light assembly work, purchasing, and running errands.
Location: Brea, CA
Salary: $22.64 - $26.00/hr

Your Challenge:
Work in a project-based (custom made) manufacturing environment
Perform light maintenance duties, including sweeping, cleaning, stocking, etc.
Perform light assembly and fabrication work as needed
Provide administrative support for fabrication shop, including scheduling, inspections, and record keeping
Purchase equipment, parts, and other consumables to support manufacturing
Run errands as needed using company vehicles
Maintain adherence to strict quality and safety standards
Your Expertise:
Experience in a manufacturing shop environment
Hands-on experience working with basic hand tools
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Be able to multi-task and shift priorities as conditions warrant
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Valid driver license
