Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement Manager
Responsible for defining and implementing manufacturing standards across different production lines within the plant, with the participation of product line management (PLM). Responsible for generating technical solutions in collaboration with various engineering departments to solve problems and optimize processes. Responsible for leading, executing, and supervising activities related to Continuous Improvement, involving all plant areas to promote the use of appropriate techniques in each case to achieve and exceed company objectives.

Suggest technical solutions for process improvement. 

Establish the technical standards that the organization must follow. 

Coordinate activities related to the creation, optimization, and review of standards according to regulatory and customer requirements (e.g., FMEA). 

Support the Engineering departments in creating and disseminating standard practices within the plant. 

Assist the organization in achieving defined objectives, both operational and financial. 

Provide expertise and knowledge in problem analysis and resolution methods. 

Guide and train organization members in continuous improvement methods. 

Manage the improvement of KPIs from the BSC with each plant area to establish, together with their responsible parties, the priorities for their achievement and/or improvement. 

Analyze operational results, defining actions to be taken for sustainable improvement together with the responsible areas, and record them in the corresponding standards. 

Support continuous improvement workshops (Kaizen) where indicators are proposed, resolved, and/or improved.
