About the Position:

Develop, implement, and optimize processes to ensure operational continuity and continuous improvement in the Assembly & Machining area, while meeting safety, quality, speed, and cost standards.

Responsibilities:

Interact with internal and external suppliers to deliver quality products on time.

Control and improve cutting tools.

Establish and maintain the necessary technical documentation (PFMEA, SFMEA, flow diagrams, visual aids, standard work sheets, reaction plans, etc.) through design analysis and established standards.

Participate in the implementation of new products and engineering changes.

Participate in LPA, CQMS, CAV, and SOX audits.

Meet established KPIs.

Required Education:

Completed degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics, or related field).

Intermediate English.

Required Skills:

Problem Solving:

Application of methodologies such as 5 Whys, Ishikawa, DOE, and data analysis to identify root causes.

Documentation and follow-up of corrective actions (STF, CAVs, AQEs).

Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to resolve adverse situations.

Managing Multiple Priorities:

Recognizes, clarifies, and prioritizes activities through in-depth analysis.

Collaborates in risk and benefit evaluation considering SPQVC.

Accuracy and Attention to Detail:

Identify areas of opportunity in the process, improve and update documentation.

Develop Gantt charts for specific task activities.

Additional Information:

This position is located in Ciénega de Flores.

Work schedule: Monday to Saturday.

Relocation is not offered.
