Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to support our production and inventory management processes. This role is essential in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring timely communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update the manufacturing calendar; manage and prioritize production schedulesAssist in implementing manufacturing procedures, policies, and documentationSupport continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing controls and materials planningTrack and update product and supply inventoriesMonitor supply levels, anticipate needs, and ensure timely ordering and delivery to work areasProvide office communications support, including fielding calls, answering inquiries, confirming customer orders, and updating customers on order statusAssist with shipping and receiving processesIssue purchase orders, packing slips, and invoicesAdditional Skills & Qualifications:
ERP system experience, preferably with QuickBooks or DelmiaPrior experience in purchasing and inventory management within a manufacturing environmentStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced settingPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
