Job DescriptionProcess Design: Developing and designing manufacturing processes, including equipment selection, layout, and workflow, to fulfill production goals and quality standards.Process Optimization: Continuously analyzing and evaluating existing processes to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity and quality.Data Analysis: Collecting and analyzing data related to process performance, quality metrics, and production output to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.Problem Solving: Investigating and troubleshooting process issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions to resolve production problems and minimize downtime.Continuous Improvement: Leading or participating in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma projects, to drive process optimization and achieve operational excellence.Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, quality, and maintenance, to ensure effective communication and coordination for process improvement projects.Documentation: Creating and maintaining process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flowcharts, FMEA, control plan to ensure consistency and compliance with quality standards.Training and Support: Providing training and support to production teams to ensure proper implementation and adherence to optimized processes.Safety and Compliance: Ensuring that all processes comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality requirements.Project Management: Managing process improvement projects, including planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and reporting on project progress.QualificationsBachelor's degree or above in Materials Science and Engineering, Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, Polymer Materials, Chemical Engineering or other related majors
At least 2years experience of lean production
1.Good IE knowledge
2.Good skill in MS office software(excel, powerpoint) and autocad
