Job description
Looking experienced person to join customer experience testing team. As a manual tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products & features. You will work closely with the engineering team to identify and report bugs, develop test cases, and perform manual testing to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.
Key Deliverables:
· Managing product GTM / Pilots on assisted and digital channels.
· Regression testing reporting- Thanks app, Web, Mini Web, Chat Bot, Voice bot, WhatsApp, Service portal, CRM.
· Responsible for end-to-end UAT/ sanity on channels.
· Collaborate with CFT – work on bugs identified in testing and work with Product on prioritizing them.
· Communicate to the wider teams on developments, product changes, enhancements on APP/ Service portal/ CRM/ Operational support.
· Identify key problems / Areas of Opportunities and plan improvement
· Journey documentation & Presentation to stakeholders.

· Technically proficient - Ability to understand complex technical systems used across telecom processes and be able to communicate complex concepts in simple form.

Qualifications
· 2+ Yrs working experience in application testing or Product operation
· Experience in Telecommunications Domain (preferred)
