In your role you may be responsible for: We are seeking a Manual QA Tester with a strong QA mindset and the ability to quickly ramp up across diverse systems and applications. This person will play a key role in ensuring test coverage across backend and frontend systems while collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate should understand product requirements deeply, identify gaps in coverage, and take ownership of test activities across the software development lifecycle. They will work using standard enterprise tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Postman, and manage access through ServiceNow tickets and cloud-based portals accessed via SLID credentials. **Required technical and professional expertise** Strong QA Analytical Mindset Ability to think critically, identify gaps, and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Manual Test Design and Execution Experience Proven ability to create and run test cases for UI, backend, and APIs. API Testing with Postman Essential for validating backend services and integrations. Test Case Management in Jira Experience documenting and managing test cases using Jira.
