For This Role, You Will Need: To be at least 18 years of age. Must have 3-5 years of hands-on machining experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with the ability to perform their own setups. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relations skills are a must. Legal authorization to work in the United States (sponsorship will not be provided). Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Mechanical related Associates degree or 2+ years of experience with machining and fabricating is preferred. Welding knowledge preferred. Experience in the process control industry is a plus. Knowledge of analyzing, evaluating, diagnosing, and resolving equipment and process related problems is strongly preferred. Strong digital literacy with programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, CAD, and/or CAM software is preferred.
