This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of **up to $25/hour** based on experience and skill level. If you are a Manual Machinisteager to demonstrate your knowledge and skills while learning new ones, this is your chance to advance in your career! **Job Scope:** + Operate a Variety of Manual Machine Tools, including Lathes, Mills, Jig Borers, and Precision Grinders + Perform Machining Operations on Various Materials, Maintaining Tight Dimensional Tolerances + Use a Wide Range of Precision Measuring Instruments to Verify Dimensions and Ensure Part Accuracy + Select Appropriate Cutting Tools and Machining Methods to Maximize Efficiency and Product Quality + Set Up Machines and Workpieces according to Technical Drawings and Specifications + Fabricate Complex Parts With Interrelated Dimensions, Compound Angles, Irregular Surfaces, and Exacting Tolerances + Layout Parts and Perform Setups using both Hand and Machine Tools **Requirements:** + Proven Experience Operating Manual Machine Tools in a Shop or Production Environment + Strong Ability to Read and Interpret Technical Drawings and Blueprints + Skilled in the use of Precision Measuring Instruments (ie: Calipers, Micrometers, gauges) + Understanding of Cutting Tools Selection, Speeds, and Feeds for Various Materials + High Attention to Detail and Commitment to Producing Quality Work + Ability to Work Independently and Manage Multiple Machining Tasks Efficiently + Reliable Transportation and Attendance **Company Details** Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
