Whether you’re just getting started operating machines or you're a seasoned expert who can read drawings, program CNCs, and rig large components, we have a role for you. Work Experience

Responsibilities:

Operate CNC or manual mills and lathes depending on your experience levelRead and interpret engineering drawingsPerform setups and inspections of parts using standard measuring toolsProgram CNC machines from drawings (higher-end positions)Rig and handle large components (higher-end positions)Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

Previous machining experience (required for higher-tier roles)Ability to read and understand mechanical drawingsFamiliarity with manual machines (Fanuc, Haas, etc.)Comfortable with lifting and rigging heavy parts (preferred for higher pay bracket)Willingness to learn and grow within the company
