Manpower Analyst I
The G-3 Force Management Analyst conducts Manpower Studies and Assessments in accordance with (IAW) the INSCOM Manpower project plan. The Analyst will assist in developing a Manpower Studies plan IAW Army Regulation (AR) 570-4 guidelines by researching the force structure associated with the INSCOM Major Subordinate Command (MSC) associated Manpower Study and present an execution plan to the government Technical Task Manager (TTM). **Services to be performed:** + Develop a proposed Manpower Studies plan + Conduct research of missions, roles, functions, and tasks + Conduct business process interviews + Conduct workload analysis of mission tasks + Develop reports of analytical results + Assist in the development of Manpower Studies results briefings **Minimum Qualifications:** + 2 years of Work load analysis within the past 5 years of which at least 2 years included analytical review of military intelligence roles, missions, functions and associated tasks OR 4 years of managing military operations at the brigade S-3 level or TRADOC + MOS course developer/instructor + Military Intelligence (MI) operations experience **Clearance Requirement:** + TS/SCI (must be willing to undergo a Counterintelligence Polygraph if directed by client) Amentum is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
